Description

Join us at Keuka College for our Basketball Shooting Clinic, designed for players looking to improve their scoring ability through focused instruction and high-rep shooting work. This clinic emphasizes building consistent shooting mechanics, improving footwork and alignment, and developing confidence through structured drills that translate directly to game situations.

Participants will work on shooting off the catch, off movement, and in transition while learning how to read situations and make smart shot-selection decisions. Players will also take part in timed shooting drills designed to simulate game-speed pressure and decision-making, helping them become more effective and confident shooters in competition.

This clinic will be led by Paige Emborsky, Head Women’s Basketball Coach at Keuka College, one of the top perimeter shooters across all NCAA levels during her collegiate career:

Niagara County CC (2018–20): 46.5% from three-point range
Abilene Christian University (2020–22): 37.6% from three-point range
Daemen University (2022–23): 59.1% from three-point range (led all NCAA Divisions I, II, and III)

Players can expect instruction focused on:

Building consistent shooting mechanics (stance, grip, balance, and follow-through)
Developing proper footwork and body alignment for game-speed shooting
Increasing shooting confidence through repetition and structured drills
Enhancing shooting off passes, screens, and in transition situations
Understanding shot selection
Practicing timed shooting drills to simulate pressure and game-speed execution
