    Take your fitness to the next level with our 4-week Strength & Conditioning Program, led by Head Strength & Conditioning Coach Ryan Johnson, CFSC. This high-energy program is designed to build strength, improve athletic performance, and enhance overall conditioning through structured training and expert guidance.

    Whether it’s your first time in the weight room or you’ve been lifting for years, this program is designed to support every participant. Expect a dynamic mix of strength training, functional movement, and conditioning drills—all in a supportive, team-style environment. No matter your starting point, you’ll see progress and build confidence every step of the way.

    Each Session Will Include:

    • Mobility Training
    • Dynamic Prep and Sprint Technique 
    • Speed and Agility Training
    • Power Focused Exercises
    • Full Body Strength Training
    • Fun Games to End the Day

    Program Details:
    Dates: July 6 – 31
    Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (12 total sessions)
    Times:

    Ages 17-22 | 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM
    Ages 13-16 | 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM

    Location: Keuka College Weight Room, Aux Gym, and outdoor grass field near the Athletics Center

    Capacity: Limited to 20 students per session

    Cost: $300 per person (non-refundable)
